I have watched upwards of 20 different video's featuring the dependable Senator Kennedy today; There is not one instance of any of the people being questioned about their previous statements or correspondence actually standing by them. Every time they "just signed" the document or those statements meant something else, it is pathetic. First they try to worm their way out of any responsibility and after they are checked, they state they no longer believe this or no longer take this position. These are quite often interviews of Judge's who are nominees for higher positions, I believe for the Supreme Court, but I am not sure if all of them were.

The man Senator Kennedy was talking with seemed to be trying to argue against him or defend the nominee, but went with an argument that complimented Senator Kennedy's position. Maybe he wasn't trying to go against him. I loved the comment near the end by Senator Kennedy, stating they needed to protect the position from whack jobs.
